At Track and Beyond, we build your fitness and endurance through a thoughtfully designed program focused on sustainable, measurable, and continuous progress. We believe that “completing” a marathon or achieving a target time is a short-term goal. Aim to run as long as you can walk. Make it a part of your life.

Humans HATE routine. And just because you are past your playing days, doesn’t mean your routines should be like a Bootcamp. There are no gym-like punishing workouts but fun-filled games to ensure you don’t miss a single session.

Why blame the problems of your feet on your shoes? Even after years of “running”, most marathoners fail to achieve the ideal running efficiency. This leads to higher demands on the body, increased risk of injuries, and not achieving your full potential. Track and Beyond helps you find the correct running form to make running easy and more satisfying.

Tracking your progress is not just important for us but it’s more important for you. Checking your weight or BMI is not a great way to measure fitness improvements. Track and Beyond evaluates key body composition parameters that give a “true” picture of your health.

Strength and conditioning is often neglected while building overall endurance. We support your running exercises with bodyweight, resistance, and weight training routines. This improves muscle endurance which drastically improves your running efficiency. “Exercise is not good for your health. What is good is the body adaptation after the exercise”.

The Team

Nilesh Jadhav

Nilesh started his athletics career in 1989 and has been a State and National level athlete for many years. He has trained athletes and seniors since the last 22 years.

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • NIS certified and topper of the batch.
  • World Athletics Pre level 1 in 2021 and emerged the topper.
  • Certified personal trainer course from BFY in 2009-10

TRAINING EXPERIENCE:

  1. Striders Miles Pvt. Ltd: January 2008 to January 2018
    2. ⁠Convent of Jesus and Mary School as the coach 2008 to 2012
    3. ⁠Mumbai University Athletics Coach 2018-19

MARATHON TRAINING GROUP

  • Planned routines for all trainees across multiple centres ranging from beginner, intermediate and elite athletes.
  • Designed routines keeping seasonal conditions, off-season training, pre-marathon training, and post-marathon training needs in mind.
  • Designed post-marathon recovery plans. 

KIDS TRAINING GROUP

  • Created training schedules for disciplines like sprints, middle-distance, jumps, throws, etc.
  • Created customized plans based on age and discipline requirements.

Coaching kids since the year 2001 and seniors since 2008.
